The White Lotus, the miniseries filmed in Sicily, wins the Golden Globe
The White Lotus: Sicily, the second season of the HBO series created by Mike White – author of the comedy masterpiece School of Rock with Jack Black – and broadcast in Italy by Sky, won the Golden Globe for best miniseries last night in Los Angeles. An award also went to one of the protagonists, the character actor Jennifer Coolidge, the only recurring character in both seasons of the series, the first set in Hawaii and this one, which mostly takes place in Taormina.
